We have a renovated studio apartment for rent. The luxury vinyl floors and kitchen cabinets are brand new. This apartment is on the second floor and is up only one flight of stairs. This apartment is south facing and gets amazing natural light. Great... location near Broad St, Erie Ave, and Temple Hospital. The building is managed by a high quality building manager with 24/7 maintenance staff. This unit has plenty of windows and is large enough for one or two people. For utilities, Tenant pays their own electric and gas and $35 per month flat fee for water.

Pet friendly - cats and small dogs are okay. The move in fee is 2x the rent - 1x for first month and 1x for security deposit.
