The main entrance via the outdoor staircase leads to a covered deck and into the Living Room. A second entrance with indoor stairs also provides access to the Living Room. The cozy Kitchen includes three windows, a refrigerator, and a range. The full bathroom, located off the Living Room, features a tub shower and a window. The second bedroom offers access to an unfinished walk-up attic, perfect for additional storage.
Rent includes heat and trash removal—you only pay for water, sewer, and electricity! The outdoor common area is maintained by the landlord.
