$720/Month Private Room and Bathroom Available to Sublease (Dec 2025 -July 2026) in a 3B/3B APT

Note: This listing is preferably for female sublets

Private room with a bathroom, bed, desk, and spacious closet for $720 per month (water included in rent) near University City in a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom apartment. Available to sublease Dec...
2025-Jul 2026! Each room in the unit has a lock, so you will have your own key to the apartment and your own bedroom.

Hello! I am a PhD student transferring universities and am looking for a sub tenant, preferably female, for December 1, 2025-July 31, 2026. The details of the room are below!

- The location is 326 N 40 St
- Rent is $720 per month
- 3 bedroom/3 bathroom apartment on the 3rd floor. You will have your own room, spacious closet, and bathroom. The room comes with a desk and bed (mattress and frame)!
- In unit washer/dryer for laundry, extremely convenient!
- Water is covered! We only pay for electricity and internet for bills.
- You will have two roommates who are siblings (1 male and 1 female) and also Drexel students (one is an undergraduate, and the other is a recent graduate who works remotely full time). Both are extremely nice, respectful, and easy to get along with!
- The Drexel shuttle stops at 40th St and Powelton so the location is so nice to take the shuttle to and from campus. It’s also close to the trolley and subway lines!
- There is a spacious living room, kitchen with a dish washer. You will get your own shelf in the fridge as well as plenty of freezer space.
- We are close to ACME for groceries if you don’t have a car. We also used to deliver groceries from Costco and split the delivery price!
- I have a car and got a residential parking permit to park on the streets. There is free parking, but it fills up throughout the day, so the parking permit ($75 annual fee) provides more flexibility when it comes to parking, and I’ve always found a spot with a few blocks of the apartment.

I uploaded screenshots from a video of the apartment. If you contact me, I will be able to send the video of the apartment (Living room, kitchen, private bedroom, and bathroom) if you want a better idea of what it looks like!

Lastly, I have lived here for 2+ years since starting my PhD at Drexel and there are a lot of students who also live in this same complex!
