Apartment in University City off Walnut
We're looking for 1 roommate until the end of July (with the ability to renew the lease) in a lovely flat in West Philly/University City a 20 minute walk from campus. Our third roommate had to move unexpectedly so we're looking for someone to move... anytime from now.
It's genuinely a lovely flat above a bookshop in a safe and walkable area! The flat has a big kitchen with a dining area as well as an upstairs living room. There are 3 bathrooms plus a utility room with a washer/dryer. There are four bedrooms but we like to keep the fourth bedroom as a spare space (we can collectively decide what to do with it!)
There are also two sweet cats living here.
