I’m a professor (m, 37y) at... UPenn, looking for a commuter to sublet part of my apartment on a flexible basis. This setup has worked well for postdocs, pilots, and flight attendants who kept their belongings here and only paid for the nights they stayed.

**The Building:** one of Philly's best. It has everything: gym, rooftop pool, BBQ spots, and more. Located near the art museum, with a Whole Foods next door—super convenient.

**The Apartment:** A spacious 1,400 sq. ft. unit with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, walk-in closets, a den, patio, and in-unit washer/dryer. Fully furnished.

**The Offer:** $120 per night, only for nights you stay. You’ll have your own bedroom and bathroom, and can leave your belongings here full-time. I also have an e-scooter that you’re welcome to use.

I’m specifically looking for someone who:
- Doesn’t live in Philly but commutes here for work, study, or research.
- Needs the place for a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 4 weeknights (not weekends).
