August Summer Sublet - Female tenant for fully furnished private room in 4bed-2bath

I’m looking to sublet my room to a female tenant for the summer from June to the end of August. It’s a large, well-lit bedroom in a 4bed-2bath house on 40th & Chestnut Street.

The house will be occupied by 3 other female roommates. Two live on...
the upper floor. You will share the bathroom with one person on lower level with you.

My room will be furnished with a full bed, desk, office chair and closet. The house is fully furnished, and is equipped with an in-unit washer dryer, dishwasher and central AC.

The base rent is 680$/month. Additional utilities are WiFi (10$) and electricity (varies based on use).

This house is super conveniently located. It's a 2-minute walk from the bus stop and MFL, a 5-minute walk to ACME grocery store and about a 10min walk to Penn campus.

I’m flexible on the lease start and end dates, as long as it is within the period between 5-31 Aug!
