Summer Sublet – May 1 to August 31
I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in a 5-bedroom house from May through the end of August (flexible move-in/out dates). Rent is $633/month + utilities. The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is... fully furnished, including the kitchen and living room. There is also a dishwasher, AC, and washer and dryer in the basement. You would be sharing the bathroom with two other girls but it has never been an issue with us before.
The house is in a great location — very close to Drexel and Penn's campus and Center City, making it perfect for summer classes, internships, or anyone looking for a short-term summer place in Philly. You’d be living with four other girls who are super friendly, social, and always down to hang out or include new people. It’s a fun and welcoming environment, but everyone also does their own thing and respects personal space.
