Comfort and Convenience at the Casita Malta!

This is our little casita on Malta street! The house has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. It is completely updated and renovated. The porch area is quaint and cute. The home is a 5 minute walk to the train station. It is also a 3 minute walk to the... delectable Caphe Roasters. Many students go to Caphe Roasters for a delicious bite to eat and to sit and study/do work there. There are many food options near by. The train will take you to Penn and Drexels campus in less than 30 minutes. The Casita features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. A security system is also set up in place to be activated by the tenants if they wish to do so. Cameras are also set up outside the home and a TV monitor is in place in one of the bedrooms which can be used as a camera monitor and/or as a personal TV. The basement is unfinished but can be used for storage / exercise.
