Looking for roommate for great apartment across the street from Drexel Med Queen Lane Campus!

Hi all! My name is Nava and I am looking for a roommate for the second bedroom of a great 2bed 1 bath apartment in East Falls PA. The apartment has beautiful hardwood floors, a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom, and lots of natural light.... Appliances include a new fridge, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. You would have access to the shared kitchen, common area, and bathroom and the larger bedroom (15 x 10.5 feet) that also has a closet. The apartment is in a very peaceful area with lots of green space, across the street from Drexel's Queen Lane campus and down the block from the Queen Lane regional rail station. Below is more information about me and the apartment!

I am 21f and graduated from undergrad in Atlanta in December. I moved to Philadelphia in March to start work with the Boys and Girls Club. My favorite activities are reading, cooking, and crocheting, and I am very excited to spend time outside in nearby Wissahickon Valley Park. I will be working 9-6 during the week but would also love to explore the city. I have lived with many roommates in different situations, and prioritize cleanliness and communication. I do have a cat that cannot be with other animals, so must be okay with her as well.


I am very excited about the apartment and the chance to share it with someone else who is working or studying and likes a calm lifestyle. Rent is $900 plus utilities (gas, electricity, water, and internet). I am excited to furnish it with mostly thrifted pieces, or any furniture you already own.
