Paloma

Hi! I'm a first year medical student at Drexel looking to sublet my apartment at Paloma during June and July. I live in a 3 bed 2 bath. You would share a bathroom with another medical student (she is very clean). The apartment is fully furnished and... we have almost every kitchen appliance you could imagine that you could share (if you are responsible with the shared items). We have a dishwasher and in unit laundry. The rent is $1129/per month.

In terms of amenities, there is a gym, sky lounge, and study rooms on each floor. Packages are taken to the leasing office which is open everyday during business hours.

We are ideally looking for a grad student or otherwise mature student since my other roommates are both grad students in med school and the accelerated nursing program. We are functionally on top of Drexel's campus and right next to HSB. Penn's campus is roughly a 10 min walk away. We keep the apartment clean and quiet and would love someone who can match this energy!
