The Good Stuff -Point Breeze is a dreamland.. for real though. SAFE! Walk score of 91 with transit score of 75. this row home is sandwiched between the SEPTA 17 bus that brings you from downtown Philly to PB up 19th street and the SEPTA bus 17 that takes you to downtown South Philly on 20th street. American Sardine Bar one block away. Yoga at the end of the block.

Focused on your craft./job/studies ! You're past the string of one night stands stage and don't bring the party home. No pets!No smoking! No drugs! No couples! No Moochers!
