Housemate wanted! 2 bed/1 bath semi-private apartment available on quiet street in SW Philly

I (the owner) am a Drexel medical student in my mid-30s (F), and am looking for a housemate. I'm originally from Baltimore, and in my past life I was a wildlife biologist/professor. I have a vibrant, colorful design aesthetic, a love of plants, DIYs,... and funk vinyl, too many kitchen tools, and not enough hours in my day. I also have a Peloton that any housemate would have access to.

The unit is my semi-private basement, which has two bedrooms (both with a closet, windows, doors), tile floor, and a full bathroom (with a bidet). This is ideal for someone who wants a bedroom and an office. Laundry/HVAC closet is also located in the basement, and is shared with me.

The basement space is currently not furnished, but if furnishings are needed, I can likely provide a bed and dresser.

Effectively, you would be sharing a house, but have your own private space (2 bed/1 bath). Joint spaces include the main floor (living room, dining area, kitchen (w/dishwasher)), laundry area (in basement), and back deck.

I have a video doorbell in front, and a security camera for the back deck. The house is on a pretty quiet street with mostly older folks/younger families with kids, and has open street parking. It is usually pretty easy to find parking right in front of, or very close to the house.

House is a 10 min walk to the T2 and T3 SEPTA trolley lines, and 20 min walk to the nearest SEPTA station. It's a few blocks south of Baltimore Ave in SW Philly, off of 54th St.

Pets would be considered on a case-by-case basis.
